An Overview
Quality Wipers has over 40 years of experience inside OEM paint facilities and over 90 years of experience in customer service. We’re the only wiping cloth company that can and will train paint line operators on the proper use of tack-cloth wiping, on-line or off-line. Our training also includes the proper technique of sanding processes.
At Quality Wipers, we’re committed to reducing defects in paint facilities. We do this through Education, Proper Training, and Verification. All team members must be aware of not only the next step of the process but the paint process as a whole and how their individual actions affect the process.

Our Wipers
Quality Wipers didn’t develop the first Lint-Free Tubular Wiper or Lint-Free Tack-Cloth, but with our suppliers, we have evolved our wipers to the highest standards. Throughout the whole manufacturing process, our materials are subjected to a variety of testing procedures to ensure that they are ideal for your Surface Prep Applications.
At Quality Wipers, we are using our 40+ years of experience in paint facilities to offer reduced-use packaging. All of our Lint-Free Tubular Wipers are packaged 500 pieces per case, 5 bags of 100 pieces. We have found that many operators on paint and sealer lines benefit from our packaging since it gives them the opportunity to use 100% of the wipers.
Other companies package their materials in 250 and 500-piece bags which creates an environment in which wipers are more likely to fall out of the bag and get dirty before they are even used.
Quality Wipers’ goal is to establish a long-term relationship with the customer by supplying wipers that are consistent and effective order after order, helping paint facilities reduce defects and rework.
